Kathleen Dowd loves pretty much everything about the 8-limbed path of yoga. A life-long student herself, Kathleen enjoys sharing the joy and wonders of yoga with all who are interested. She has a personal mission to highlight the inclusive nature of yoga and show how it can be accessible to all. From restorative yoga to ashtanga, to meditation and kirtan, Kathleen embraces the mantra that “not all who wander are lost”.

As someone who experienced chronic pain for many years, she is passionate about sharing yoga and other life tools she has learned and practiced along the way to address pain and other challenges of living this human experience. Her classes are infused with self-compassion and kindness, along with a healthy dose of lightness, humor, and love. She strives to create an intentional space for healing for herself and her students.

Kathleen has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for six. She has a 500-hour teaching certification and she is a certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
