Bloom Where You're Planted Yoga Series: All Levels Yoga

Let the energies of Spring nourish you. Starting right before May Day, join Rosa for a 75-minute class designed for strong beginners to long-time practitioners. The 6-week series invites you to meet yourself and the world in this moment, right now, with steadiness and kindness, and maybe joy! Inspired by the greening of the living world, we'll root down into the steadiness of Earth to find our own unique expression through movement, breathwork and reflection.
In-Person Yoga + Sound Bath

Join Annie for in-person/hybrid 90-minute class for strong beginners through intermediate students and then soak in 30-minutes of relaxing & rejuvenating Sound Bath. Three registration options: Yoga & Sound, Yoga ONLY, Sound Bath ONLY.
