Join Rosa for a 75-minute class designed for strong beginners to long-time practitioners. Expect a balance between gently warming & strengthening movements to keep the fire going, as well as introspection through meditation and breathwork. I offer many options for you to connect and engage with class that feel welcoming, encouraging, and playful.
