We offer pathways to balance, health and healing through yoga. Seasoned teachers share a breadth of experience that spans the full range of student ability and interest. With roots deeply set in Lake City, Two Dog's classes, concerts and seasonal celebrations provide a warm foundation for a vibrant community.

Monthly Retreat with Annie
Saturdays | 12/8, 1/5/19 | 2:30-6:30 pm
Three monthly immersions with Annie at Little Dog. Give yourself space and time to soak in the nourishment of asana, pranayama, meditation and reflection. A light meal will complete the circle. Limited to 11 partcipants. Sign-up soon to reserve your spot.
