We offer pathways to balance, health and healing through yoga. Seasoned teachers share a breadth of experience that spans the full range of student ability and interest. With roots deeply set in Lake City, Two Dog's classes, concerts and seasonal celebrations provide a warm foundation for a vibrant community.

Shantikar weaves a sacred music journey that offers a deep experience both meditative and celbratory. Combining the art of Indian classical music with an upbeat, original kirtan style, they create a powerful devotional space for inner and outer connection.
