Monthly Restorative Yoga with Annie and Kathleen

Join Kathleen and Annie (on alternate months) on the first Thursday of the month to find ease and restoration through long held supported poses, allowing for a deeper opening and internal massage.

Cultivate the capacity to develop clear seeing through balanced awareness, grounded in present moment; time spent in seated/lying down meditation and walking meditation end with reflection.
