We offer pathways to balance, health and healing through yoga. Seasoned teachers share a breadth of experience that spans the full range of student ability and interest. With roots deeply set in Lake City, Two Dog's classes, concerts and seasonal celebrations provide a warm foundation for a vibrant community.

Monthly Restorative Yoga with Annie | June 21 (Summer Equinox), July 26, August 23
Mondays | 5:30-6:30 pm
Find ease and restoration through long held supported poses, thus allowing for deeper opening and internal massage. Props are used to adapt poses to students abilities.
