A neighborhood yoga studio in North Seattle - Celebrating 27 years of yoga in Lake City

We offer pathways to balance, health and healing through yoga. Seasoned teachers share a breadth of experience that spans the full range of student ability and interest. With roots deeply set in Lake City, Two Dog's classes, concerts and seasonal celebrations provide a warm foundation for a vibrant community.

Cultivate the capacity to develop clear seeing through balanced awareness, grounded in present moment; time spent in seated/lying down meditation and walking meditation end with reflection. Appropriate for those new to meditation and experienced practioners. Class is for adults.

Awareness Through Movement® with Rachel Hamstra  
Mondays | 5/6-27, 6/3-24, 7/8-29 | 6-7 pm | $56 for 4-class series, can be split between series; $18 drop-in and punch card welcome

Monthly Restorative Yoga with Annie and Kathleen  
Thursdays | 5/2, 6/6 | 6:30-8 pm | $18 
Restorative yoga to find ease and restoration through long held supported poses, allowing for a deeper opening and internal massage.

Mother's Day Gong Bath and Restorative Yoga with Wayne and Annie  
Sunday | 5/12 | 2-4pm | $30 advance registration, $35 at door
Balance while calming the mind, cultavating a loving heart using sound and gentle restful poses..


Sound Bath with Catherine Grytting  
Friday | 5/17 | 7:30-8:30pm | $20 for drop-in or Punch card + $4
The sound waves created by striking Tibetan Singing Bowls penetrate the body, vibrate your cells and align your organs with each other. They create a harmonious pulsation that quiets the mind, calms emotions and smooths the energy field surrounging your body..
