A neighborhood yoga studio in North Seattle - Celebrating 27 years of yoga in Lake City

We offer pathways to balance, health and healing through yoga. Seasoned teachers share a breadth of experience that spans the full range of student ability and interest. With roots deeply set in Lake City, Two Dog's classes, concerts and seasonal celebrations provide a warm foundation for a vibrant community.

Cultivate Clarity through Mindfulness with Geneviève Hicks

Join Geneviève to cultivate capacity to develop clear seeing through balanced awareness, grounded in the present moment. Appropriate for those new to meditation and experienced practitioners.

Monthly Restorative Yoga with Annie and Kathleen  
Thursdays | 2/7, 3/7, 4/4, 5/2, 6/6 | 6:30-8 pm | $18 
Join Kathleen and Annie (on alternate months) on the first Thursday of the month to find ease and restoration through long held supported poses, allowing for a deeper opening and internal massage.

MELT Basics with Linda Rigell  
Thursdays | 1/17-2/7 | 5:30-7:15 pm | $99 for 4-class series; $30 per class 
Two Dog is excited to welcome Linda Rigell back. Using a soft foam roller and soft ball to hydrate your fascia, you will learn the nine basic MELT Method moves. You are welcome to take as many or as few sessions as you are able.
