A neighborhood yoga studio in North Seattle - Celebrating 30 years of yoga in Lake City

We offer pathways to balance, health and healing through yoga. Seasoned teachers share a breadth of experience that spans the full range of student ability and interest. With roots deeply set in Lake City, Two Dog's classes, concerts and seasonal celebrations provide a warm foundation for a vibrant community.

Pranayama Basics with Diane
Thursdays | 11:00am-noon | BEGINS 1/14

Pranayama, the fourth limb of yoga, is more than breathing exercises. It's a means for making the breath more steady, channeling your vital energy (prana), and preparing the body for the subtle practices of one pointed concentration and meditation. This class will focus on learning, practicing, and becoming more comfortable with several of the most common pranayama techniques.
