We offer pathways to balance, health and healing through yoga. Seasoned teachers share a breadth of experience that spans the full range of student ability and interest. With roots deeply set in Lake City, Two Dog's classes, concerts and seasonal celebrations provide a warm foundation for a vibrant community.

Easeful Living through Ayurveda and Yoga with Annie & Carol
Two Saturdays in 2022: 1/15 and 3/5 | 2:30-5:30pm
Asana, pranayama, and meditation are interwoven into a larger system of healing. Ayurveda, sister science to yoga, invites us to connect with and respond to the natural rhythms around and in us. With this in mind, we will gather to learn about, practice and reflect on how to integrate some of these tools into our 'Dinacharya' / daily practices.
