We offer pathways to balance, health and healing through yoga and other health-centered offerings. Seasoned teachers share a breadth of experience that spans the full range of student ability and interest.

With roots deeply set in Lake City and offerings broadcast worldwide, Two Dog's classes, workshops, concerts and seasonal celebrations provide a warm foundation for a vibrant community.

Understanding the Ins & Outs of Healthy Breathing with Gail
4-week series: Thurdays, 10/6-10/27 | 7-8:30pm PT
Learn to observe & assess your own breathing patterns and practice healthy, functional breathing. Includes lot of personal breathing practice and gentle asana practice along with physiology info to support it.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED
